ROOMY DECK

The 20" x 55" running area fits virtually any stride length, but is narrow enough to let you step off the treadmill quickly if you have to.

EASY STORAGE

Dual hydraulic shocks help control how fast the deck folds and unfolds, so taking your treadmill out and putting it away are easier and safer.

WIDE SPEED AND INCLINE RANGES

The 0.5 to 10 mph speed range, with 0.1 mph increments, and 0 to 10% incline range, with 0.5% increments, give you room to grow an exercise program.

DUAL HYDRAULIC LIFT ASSIST

The 1.0 AT treadmill features dual hydraulic shocks to help you raise and lower the deck, so using and storing the treadmill is safe and easy.
